The ferryman's river runs slow and cold, and something lives in it. Styxwater is a fishing game on the Styx: hold to cast — the longer you hold, the deeper you reach and the stranger what bites. The weather has opinions, too: grave-mist hastens the biting, and under a blood moon the myths rise.

When the bobber dips, the reel begins. Keep your hook-band over the drowned thing as it darts, filling the catch meter before it slips the line. Silt minnows barely fight; the Styx Leviathan is the river briefly wearing a body.

Thirty-two species across four rarities — eight of them haunting the Black Meander, a far dark quarter the river opens only to a proven angler. Four rods and three baits at the boatman's, trophy weights gilded forever, and a ledger of the lost whose completed pages pay permanent boons. The myths are down in the deep — and something down there is fishing for you, too.
